Quavo releases heartfelt song “Without You” dedicated to TakeOff
It’s been a tough few months for artist Quavo and other friends and family of the late rapper Takeoff who was taken from this world too soon.
Houston Police have been working tirelessly to find and put away a suspect. Patrick Clark was named a main suspect and brought into custody. He was given a $2 million bond the judge thought he wouldn’t be able to post. Clark’s attorneys fought to get the bond lowered to $300K, claiming he had no assets etc. to cover such a large bail. The judge lowered it to $1 million and yet he did post the bail.

“Although we respect Judge Hill as well as his decision today, we disagree with it and to be honest we’re very surprised by it,” Clark’s attorney, Letitia Quinones said at the time.
Often situations like this inspire musicians to express their feelings through their art. Quavo did just this releasing an Instagram reel as of him in the studio working on a song dedicated to Takeoff. The teaser has been going viral as Quavo’s innermost thoughts and feelings are shared with the world. The song is titled “Without You”.
