Lady Gaga Forced to Cancel Show Mid-Performance Due to Mother Nature

Late last night popstar Lady Gaga was forced to cancel her performance mid-show Saturday night, and the artist could not be more disappointed for her “little monsters”.

The show was for the Miami Chromatica Ball at the Hard Rock Stadium. In the middle of her performance, and with only six songs left, she made a decision to cancel the rest of the show. Mother Nature took over and a lightning storm forced her hand. While still on stage she said explaining that she didn’t want to put her little monsters in harm’s way.

“I’m sorry that we can’t finish but I don’t want to put your life in danger and I don’t want to put our life in danger,” Gaga said. “So thank you, get home safely, god bless you, and thank you for coming to the show. Please go home.”

“Rain on Me” still played, however, just not by the singer.

Later that evening the musician posted both an Instagram video and a picture to her page expressing her devastation over the cancellation. Still in full performance attire and worn out makeup from tears, the star showed up on social media to discuss what happened that led to the cancellation.

Better to be safe than sorry, Gaga also shows her big heart as she puts her fans and their safety before her own.
